01 Who we are
Texas Money Tools (texasmoneytools.com) is an independent website providing free, Texas-specific financial calculators and estimators. We are not affiliated with the State of Texas, any Texas county appraisal district, or any financial institution.

03 Your calculator inputs
All calculation logic runs locally in JavaScript on your device. Closing or refreshing the page clears everything you entered. We designed it this way intentionally – financial information is personal, and you shouldn’t have to share it with us to use our tools.
04 How we use your information
Contact form submissions
Used solely to respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your information with third parties.
Analytics data
Used in aggregate to understand which calculators are most visited, identify errors, and improve the site. We never use analytics data to identify individual users.

Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized traffic data. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising cookies
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google’s Ad Settings.

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Some links on this site may be affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the accuracy or content of our calculators.
08 Your rights
You may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Because we collect very little personal data, and none from your calculator usage, these rights will rarely be relevant. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
09 Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
